INVERSIONS Learn preparations for headstand, handstand & forearm stand. All levels are welcome, no previous experience required.
HIP OPENERS Great Vinyasa class with emphasis on stretching & releasing tension around the hips. All levels, some yoga experience preferred.
ARM BALANCES Interested & excited about experimenting with arm balances? Take your crow to the next level, learn preparations for setting up adventurous & fun arm balances. All levels are welcome, previous yoga experience is recommended.
CURRIED YOGA 1 hour Vinyasa class followed by a North Indian cooking demonstration and tasting, hosted by Uday & Sarah. The yoga class will be at the Dog, the cooking demonstration will be at the home of Uday & Sarah in nearby Manville Heights. We can have as many people aspossible for the yoga class; however the cooking demonstration is limited to 20 people. Please sign up online for one or both of these classes inadvance.
