We offer a wide variety of yoga & fitness classes, and truly offer something for everyone.  Please check out our class descriptions or contact us for more information about which class is right for you?

Whether you are a beginner deciphering the difference between shoulder stand and headstand or an advanced yogi, the Vinyasa class emcompasses all levels at Downward Dog.  You work at your own pace, following the teacher's guidance.  A typical Vinyasa class consists of flowing vinyasa sequences, breath awareness and alignment.  We do sitting, standing and inverted postures and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students.  Exuberant, eclectic music plays an integral role:  in a typical Vinyasa class you might practice to a shifting variation of Mumford & Sons, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, the chanting of Krishna Das, DJ Drez, U2, Sting and The Weepies.

If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with our amazing Yoga for Beginners session, this class is offered as a 6 week session to introduce you to what yoga has to offer.  Other beginning level classes we offer include: Yoga 101, Yoga 201, Gentle Yoga and Breathe/Stretch/Relax.  Please feel free to email with any questions, we hope to see you on the mat very soon!
