Yoga for Beginners

This class is for anyone with limited yoga experience
or none at all.
Teaches the basics of yoga, breath work, yoga postures and alignment while providing an invigorating workout!
Focus, balance, strength, flexibility, what are you waiting for?  Get on the mat and let's go!
Yoga for Beginners meets on Tuesdays at 7:15pm
This class meets as a '6 week session class'
Cost for the 6 week session is $50 (1 class per week for 6 weeks)
However, you can 'drop-in' to this class and also use a punch card if your schedule does not permit you to come for 6 consecutive weeks.
Session dates:
May 9th- June 13th
June 20th - August 1st (will not meet on July 4th)
